Ros Roca’s business strategy and internationalization have been consecutively awarded three prizes in the last trimester of this year. Too start off, the daily paper El Mundo de Catalunya awarded Ros Roca with one of the four Businessmen of the World prizes for its dedication to internationalization. The company is one of four selected on the level of Catalonia in the first edition of these awards, which will later be celebrated on the state level. The presentation of the Premi Empresaris del Món Catalunya was held on 6 November in the Gran Teatro del Liceo in Barcelona and the president of the Ros Roca Group, Ramon Roca, was on hand to pick up the prize.

Next, the magazine Dirigentes has awarded the firm with the Business Strategy prize, which in this case was received by Ros Roca Vice-President Salvador Roca, at an event which took place at the Barcelona Stock Exchange on 12 November.

Finally, the weekly journal Dossier Econòmic has awarded Ros Roca with the Internationalization prize as part of the Ninth Economic and Business Awards. The prize ceremony was held on 19 November in the Oval Room at the Montjuïc National Palace. Both Ros Roca Group Vice-President Juli Villagrasa and Ros Roca Coordinator Joan Molins were in attendance.

The Economics and Finance Minister of the Catalan Autonomous Government, Mr Antoni Castells, presented Ramon Roca Enrich, Chairman of Ros Roca Group, with the award for the best Catalan business person of 2005, awarded by the magazine Actualidad Económica.

Ramon Roca Boncompte received the Hispalis Award granted by Seville City Council in recognition of his professional career devoted to the development of equipment and machinery for waste management. The award was accepted by Prudencio Laliena, General Manager of Ros Roca.

[1950s] - Diplomas from Lleida’s Sant Miquel agricultural show and the Muestras fair in Barcelona

From the beginning of its activity, ROS ROCA has always participated in various trade fairs and events in the sector, as can be seen from two diplomas of appreciation for its participation in the 5th Sant Miquel agricultural show in Lleida and the Muestras Fair in Barcelona. These date back to the nineteen fifties.
