Joan Molins has specialised in organisational improvement and commercial efficiency projects. The new general coordinator will give a fresh impulse to the company’s new philosophy which pursues the project of success shared among its workers.


Joan Molins Monteys (Barcelona, 1967) has been appointed as the new general coordinator of ROS ROCA S.A., a company devoted to the development of engineering equipment applied to the environment. Molins, who has a degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona and who broadened his studies in the IESE Business School and the Instituto de Empresa, has specialised in organisational improvement and cost reduction projects, and especially, in commercial efficiency improvement projects.
Joan Molins has worked as a consultant for companies such as Europraxis, Soluziona, and PRG, carrying out his professional activity both in Spain and in Portugal. The new general coordinator will give a fresh impulse to the company’s new philosophy which pursues the project of success shared among its workers.

The new General Coordinator of ROS ROCA S.A. has also worked for various companies in several sectors; major consumer companies such as Panrico, Antonio Puig or Codorníu; companies in the energy sector, such as Union Fenosa; and lastly in service companies such as Servicios Funerarios de Barcelona, Telefónica de Andorra or Grupo Agbar, where between 1996 and 1999 he worked on developing the Water and Sanitary Fittings division’s business.

ROS ROCA S.A. is the most prominent company in the ROS ROCA GROUP. It is made up of five divisions: Environment, where the SUW collection and treatment systems are developed; Gases, devoted to tankers; Clean energies; Services, and lastly, Assets. In total, the 17 companies from the business group based in Tàrrega (Lleida) occupy 140,000 sq. metres of floor space in three EU countries and provide work for 1,100 people. The company exports to over 70 countries.
