The company has recently collaborated with the ALBA Association for care for the Disabled and also with the Fundació Cassià Just which encourages job creation for people in frail health.

At the Ros Roca Group we have always believed that in order to construct the society we want, all of us need to become involved. This is why support has been given to different social and cultural activities over the last months. The most important of this has been two donations recently made to the ALBA Association for care for the Disabled and also to the Fundació Cassià Just which encourages job creation for people in frail health.

The main aim of the Tàrrega-based Alba Association, which this year (2006) is celebrating its thirtieth anniversary, is to achieve the maximum human development and the integration into society of people affected with mental disabilities. By means of an occupational workshop, a residential centre and a special needs school, the Association’s highly qualified staff continue to provide hope and valuable help to those who need it most.

Ros Roca Group has also made a substantial economic contribution to the Fundación Cassià Just. The aim of this foundation, set up in 1994, is to accompany people – young people and adults – who present important needs when it comes to their personal, work or social development. The means of accompanying these people in frail health is through work, and is reflected in the various solidarity companies the foundation has operating in the restaurant and catering services sector.

Noteworthy among other activities is the collaboration with the Asociación de Familiares de Enfermos de Alzheimer de Tàrrega y Comarca (AFATC) - Tàrrega and District Association of Families of Alzheimer Sufferers .
