Ros Roca consolidates its European leadership with the takeover of the French company Vannier Manutention

Ros Roca has purchased the assets and goodwill of the French company Vannier Manutention, a company specialising in the manufacture, design and distribution of equipment designed for waste handling, selection and storage.

This new acquisition joins the industrial installations that Ros Roca already has in France with the companies Eurovoirie and SSV. This new purchase consolidates its leadership in the environment sector at European level.

The company is beginning a new stage in the French market with a predominant role thanks to:

  • its experience with more than a hundred waste selection installations in France
  • the experience of Ros Roca in mechanobiological treatment and evaluation of bio-waste through all its installations in Europe
  • the logistic support of Eurovoirie, which has a strong national network and multiple service agencies throughout France

Its main objective is to become a leader in the field of waste selection and the evaluation, and provide both private customers and the public administration with technical, innovative and reliable solutions from small installations to complete ecosites.
