The Ros Roca Group Board of Directors is made up of six members, all of them renowned professional and personal figures. Although the Ros Roca Group preserves its distinguishing feature of being a family business, the Board of Directors is largely made up of independent board members.

The independent board members are Antonio Garrigues, Josep Tàpies, Koldo Saratxaga and Josep Lluís Bové. Also forming a part of the Board of Directors is Juli Villagrasa, who currently occupies the post of one of the vice-chairpersons of the Ros Roca Group and who has been associated with the company for over 20 years. The Board is completed with the presence of Ramon Roca and Salvador Roca, Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Ros Roca Group respectively.
